If you need a clean room, comfortable bed and cold a/c after a long flight, the ABC will be the best value in Cebu City. I stay here every time I'm passing thru. It is just what I need before taking off the next day to my final destination. The surrounding area isn't great, but I'm not here to sitesee. I am always in transit after a late arrival.
