This was great and in a great location near the hub of the IT park. They are apartments with a little kitchenette so if you want to self cater you can. There was a lovely little cafe next to the reception though which I highly recommend! The amenities of the pool were great although it is worth mentioning that it’s on a different floor to the rooms.

BE Pods Lahug Positive: beautiful pool with lounge chairs/pods, cafe/7-11 & laundry service available downstairs, staff is kind & communicates well, walking distance to the Ayala Mall/ Cebu IT park, covered pickup area when rides pick you up, room was cleaned every 3 days, key only access to 5th floor (pool/fitness) & 14th floor for our room so good security/not public access to our areas Negative: only 2 towels given/ need to pay 100 pesos per additional towel, no pool towels, WiFi spotty ( I needed to go out to street to get messages from my Grab driver), need to bring your own toilet paper/paper towels/water, need cleaning supplies in the gym, shower had 1/2 glass wall/water went everywhere Overall review: positive, great if you are expecting an apartment experience (not a resort/hotel experience)

Had a comfortable king bed unit that was spacious to say the least. The CR/bathroom was almost as large as some studio apartments. The shower water was the appropriate temperature and pressure for me. It was easy getting up and down in the elevators and the lobby has a very attractive modern design. Kay, the staff member at the desk, was very delightful and quite helpful. This was not the lady that some reviewers complained about. Other than getting to the location, I don’t have many cons. I could stay here long-term.

Be Pods Lahug charged us for stained sheets that were already stained when we arrived. Extremely unfair. They also turned off the A/C every time we left the room—without telling us—and we didn’t realize for two days that they were also turning off the water heater. No hot water unless you stayed in the room. Poor communication and bad guest experience.
