Disliked: Staff & service
I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible.
