The staff was extremely friendly! Our room was very clean. We went out night swimming in their lit up pool under the stars. One of my favorite memories. We also appreciated the golf cart ride from the hotel to the ferry. And we most appreciated the complimentary ferry ride from the north side to the south side of the island. The hotel is in a very quiet area.

**Beautiful, Clean, and Modern Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I absolutely loved the modern layout and design of the rooms. The room was not only beautiful but also super clean and smelled amazing when I walked in. You can definitely tell that cleanliness and presentation are a priority here. There is currently only one operating restaurant on the property, but they do have a sister hotel nearby that guests can visit for additional dining options, which is a nice alternative. My only suggestion would be to get the pool bar up and running, as I think that would really add to the overall experience and make the pool area even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. The cleanliness, modern atmosphere, helpful staff, and beautiful rooms really stood out to me. Highly recommend! ❤️

No microwave/telephone in the room. We had to keep going to the restaurant to warm anything. The smell was awful from the beachfront. Can't swim in it and the restaurant is nice for convenience, but for the price of the food and drinks not worth it. This place is far from anything exciting lol.... I felt like I was on a stranded island. This is a good place for couples or anyone who doesn't want a crowd. Also there is a little grocery store/restaurant by Blu Zen, ask the hotel to direct you. They didn't tell us anything about it upon arrival 😩 not until the day before leaving 😭. It would have saved a lot of trips that took on the boat to Caye Calkner. But overall it was ok and staff was great.

This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats.

The place is beautiful. The only problem is the smell from the sea Moss that gathers on the front, but I don’t see how that can be cleaned up. Other than that, I think the price was perfect for the amenities.

Sort of away from the hustle of a tourist town. So if you want a party place , take the resort shuttle boat into the town. The North island is new and still developing but beautiful if you like peace and quiet!

Fantastic stay for my birthday!! I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The location was the best of both worlds. The staff was amazing and made my birthday so special. As far as the stay itself, we were not pleased at all. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing. But we had troubles with the A/C the entire stay. The first night we hell, I literally woke up out my sleep sweating. We had to wait the next day to ask them to fix it. Due to there being no staff available after about 9-10 PM. We called, they “fixed it”. I guess because we have 2 definitions of cold, it wasn’t cold enough for us. We had to sleep with no covers to be comfortable & not sweat. We had 2 incidents where pieces of the roofing fell out. When we notified the front desk staff, she was very nonchalant and stated she would send maintenance up. No sympathy, no apologies, no accountability, or accommodations. Our food experience was 8/10. Bar experience was 100000/10 BIG THANKS TO RARULE!!!!! He was the ONLY staff that was attentive and informative at our stay. Other than that if I plan to visit Caye Caulker, Zenses would not be a hotel choice for me.

Very mixed emotions about Zenses. Now before I go on and explain I want you to know it was low-season when I visited. Pros: Rooms and resort are beautiful. They did an awesome job. Also, the fact they have a shuttle that goes to the South Island is very important. Cons: Unfortunately way too many. Let’s start by saying this is located on the north side which is very desolate compared to the south, but that’s ok because there is still some really fun things to do. Showered the resort charges to use bikes which is a total bummer and do not offer golf cart rentals. The shower lacks any hot water. The floor is super slick when it gets wet. Also, you get one beach towel and 2 waters a day that’s it. Other resorts will replace the towels and provide more water bottles. Having said all this I’m not displeased staying here, but for what they offer they are charging way to much money.

Brand new, clean and very comfortable. A special thanks to all the reception staff who were warmly welcoming, unfailingly cheerful and always helpful. Hotel is away from the 'action', but there is a free, fairly regular ferry to the centre across the Split. And a lovely roof terrace with bar and restaurant to watch the sunset from.
