O melhor de Caxias, mas com ressalvas.

O hotel é o melhor em Caxias. Dito isso, ele peca por falta de renovação. O sistema de TV é ruim, pré-histórico. Fui informado que o hotel havia trocado as TVs de alguns apartamentos por SmartTV, mas eles queriam me cobrar um valor a mais para me acomodar lá. A manutenção não dá atenção aos chuveiros, que são bons, mas a maioria estão entupidos e os jatos vão para todos os lados, exceto o chão. Eu, que tenho altura e força de vontade, resolvo sozinho, mas outros hóspedes acabam tendo uma péssima experiência de banho. Meu cofre estava fechado quando entrei no quarto e pedi, no mesmo dia, para alguém ir lá abrir, mas ninguém foi. Guardei meus pertences de valor na mala, fechando com cadeado. O café-da-manhã é razoável. Sou celíaco e a única alternativa quente é pão-de-queijo e ovos. No mais, a cama é muito confortável, o ar-condicionado atende bem.

Bem decepcionante pois quarto com cortinas corta luz velhas e rasgadas o que ocasionava entrada de luz, café da manhã com ingredientes (pão francês) velho! Limpeza na área das escadas, alarme de incêndio disparou na noite de domingo preocupando ligamos na recepção não fomos atendidos e não houve comunicação nem mesmo um plano de evacuação hóspedes todos no corredor sem nenhuma informação!

O hotel precisa colocar algum dispositivo que o hóspede possa colocar seu produtos para o banho, coloquei no chão do espaço destinado ao banho. Não atende a norma técnica de colocar algum dispositivo para hóspede pedir socorro, estando no banheiro. Não oferece a plaquinha para dizer se quer faça limpeza ou se deseja NÃO SER PERTURBADO. O PIOR, estava dormindo quando acordei com uma moça do serviço se dizendo do controle do frigobar DENTRO DO QUARTO. Isso é invasão de privacidade. Se eu não atendi, porque não escutei se ela chamou, ela certamente sabia que o apartamento estava ocupado, ela não poderia abrir a porta sem que a pessoa hospedada abrisse a porta. ISSO É MUTIO GRAVE. A HIGIENE DO PISO PRECISA MELHORAR E MUITO, HÁ POEIRA NO CHÃO. Economia de produtos que garantam a higiene? Ou falta de controle da gerência do serviço de limpeza? O café da manhã é bom. Havia solicitado que o apartamento tivesse 2 camas de solteiro, embira estivesse sozinha, encontrei uma cama de casal. Pedi ao recepcionista para me colocar em um andar mais alto, ele disse que a categoria que eu havia pago era para aquele tipo de apartamento que ele estava me colocando. O incrível é que uma colega que pagou bem menos que eu, estava no 6o. andar. Discriminações como essa não condizem com o custo que paguei.

Cheguei faltando 8 minutos para o horário do check in . Avisaram que o quarto “ não estava pronto” . Milagrosamente após os 8 minutos e eu perguntar novamente, o quarto estava pronto. O atendente mal humorado não gostou do meu comentário, até pq ele disse que iria me avisar sobre o horário e não o fez .
