“Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

Beyond the attractive apartments, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Staff are dismissive, respond rudely, and show a complete lack of accountability. We lost our keycard and called their advertised 24/7 assistance number repeatedly, but nobody answered for over 10 hours. We had to spend the night...

“Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers.”

“Beautiful farmhouse with amazing sunsets in Tuscany. The house was one of a kind especially the decor! The sauna was not included in the price but it was worth paying for the upgrade. Very nice welcoming host!”
