“The place was amazing. Two very nice, peaceful gardens, even though one was by a busy road. Part of the house dated back from, I think, pre 1066. Not 100% sure on that. But it was very old.
The owner was very helpful with just about everything! Loads to look at in the place. Very higgledy piggeldy!. I loved it and would definitely stay again. 5 stars from me.”

“Stayed for 1 night, we had lunch on arrival which was really nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room was ok basic but very clean, on waking up this morning we could not get any hot water to come out of the shower not a big problem.
Breakfast, Had a full English not very nice, egg under cook 1 tiny little hash brown bacon small only good thing was the sausages. The coffee was poor only 2 pots of filter coffee which was very weak.

“We had a lovely 1 night stay in the luxury suite. The suite was just as beautiful in real life as it looked like online. Doug and Kay were really friendly and helpful. There is lots to do in the area. We would recommend the Angel for dinner. We would like to return in the future.”
