My granddaughter and I stayed for 2 days. The room was clean and staff helpful. The only thing was the fridge frozen some of the food but no big deal. I told the staff and they would look into it as we were leaving in the morning. The pool was spotless and the granddaughter spent a lot of time there. Even the people in the next two cabins were friendly. Thank you and we will be back next year.

The property was well located near to our wedding venue, along the highway and next to a popular restaurant. It could use a paint job to the outside railings. The front desk was efficient and happily provided early checkin which we were very grateful for. We had no time to lounge by the pool. The breakfast (eggs, bacon and potatoes) was cold and not to our liking. Definitely 3.5 star.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Trudy assisted us with an issue immediately and Leo in the Breakfast Room was super friendly, always cheerful and very helpful. Mike was very easy to deal with at check-in and quite friendly. This is an older property but very well maintained. I would highly recommend the Cavendish Motel for anyone looking of a good, clean room and easy access to all of P.E. I. Stayed for 4 nights and able to explore the Island easily from this central point.

The bathroom was clean. We had a room with 2 queen beds and luckily we had the extra bed as one of them the sheets had hair and stains in it. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and old. You moved a little bit and it squeaked so loud and you sunk down into the middle of the bed. The bedding felt old and could use being replaced. Felt rushed out prior to check out at 11am. Clean sheets were dropped off outside of our door on the steps prior to 10am and at 10:20am, the cleaner came and knocked on the door as we were packing up.
