Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels. “Overall very good, really clean and stylish. The breakfast is OK. An improvement that could be made would be to have less noise from the cars outside (even though this noise is not that much of a problem).”

El 7o piso Heaven, es una delicia. Con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato increible en el vapor, sauna o camas de descanso. Sin duda una gran opción.”

“The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour.”
