Breakfast was great, but this is one of the hardest beds ive ever slept in, in my entire life, i an 28 and i had severe back pain for days afterwards. I just didnt love the place, the lack of AC when it was 26-27 degrees inside is also unacceptable in my opinion regardless of energy saving measures or the time of year. If you are going to market yourselves as a luxury place. No food outside of breakfast which was poor compared to nearby offerings. Never received the wine as you get when you checkout to force you to buy their drinks unnecessarily.

Superb hotel situated in a vineyard. Didn’t expect it to be quite so lovely and peaceful. The busy road is however nearby but it didn’t have any impact. A really stunning location in amongst the vineyards. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There was a storm on the night we arrived and there is no restaurant on site but they did make us a sandwich to go with our wine (it wasn't possible to walk in that weather to the nearest restaurant options (~500m away). If you're staying for a while you probably would need a car as the taxis (whilst very comfortable) are quite expensive to keep getting to and from Lake Garda (both Bardolino and Lasize are ~10 mins by car) but not possible to reach really on foot or by bike. The pool is really nice and there's a snack bar there too. The wine was delicious. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and comfy beds. Spacious - we did have an issue with the shower door coming off but didn't report in the end as seemed like one of those things that probably happens all the time.

a very relaxing place, lovely vineyard surrounding, it makes you feel at peace. our room had amazing views, we could watch sunrise, sunset. big room and bathroom both very comfortable. on the other side the rooms a/c didn’t work. the staff isn’t really trained to treat guests. in general they are very rude, they answer back terribly. we were told to leave out luggage in a place where everyone could have access to because we arrived early and they didn’t had a secure storage room. we had the do not disturb sign and they opened the door when we were there. at checkout they weren’t charging the correct amount of out stay, we had to tell them to double check. in general this is a very nice place, you can get to lago di gardas towns easily, but staff really needs to get well trained.

Situata tra i vigneti, in una zona di pace e tranquillità in cui godersi il massimo relax, pur restando vicinissimi al lago, in posizione ideale! Accoglienza calorosa, tutto il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Menzione speciale per Stefano, un bravissimo barman. Apprezzatissimo l’upgrade in camera superior. Camera molto spaziosa e luminosa, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, letto confortevole, biancheria da camera/bagno di buona fattura. Pulizia impeccabile. Eccellente la colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità. Graditissimo anche l’omaggio: una bottiglia di vino di produzione propria, una delizia! Un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Pierluigi per la sua gentilezza e amabilità. Grazieeee! Relais super raccomandato!!!

Gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt, Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr gut. Pool war bei uns noch geschlossen ( wir waren ausserhalb der Saison) aber sehr idyllisch gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Zur Erholung eine tolle Anlage.
