A great place to stay while exploring the Gers

This was a wonderful place to stay out in the countryside to explore the Gers. It is minutes away from Condom and Romieu, an hour or so from Auch - and in the midst of a number of Armagnac distilleries to discover. My room was very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and the one dinner I had was exquisite.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar in den Weinbergen gelegen. Absolut ruhig. Christine und ihr Personal sind überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Konfitüre selbst gemacht. Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir planen, zukünftig länger zu bleiben.

Excellent à tous égards !

Merveilleuse parenthèse dans cet endroit de rêve. La propriété est magnifique, avec une vue splendide et une piscine très agréable avec espace ping pong. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit, loin de toute agitation, après avoir dîné sur place. Le restaurant mérite également le détour avec d'excellents produits et une cuisine travaillée. En deux mots : nous reviendrons !

Excellent accueil pour le soir du réveillon que j’ai passé à 3 km2. Les clés de la porte d entrée m ont été confiées. M’on chiot a été accepté même dans ma chambre où il a dormi sur son coussin avec son nounours ! Chambre impeccable ainsi que la salle de douche. Propriétaire charmante. Excellente nuit, calme et confortable !

Super endroit, belle demeure, on s'y sent bien, accueil, repas fait maison, tranquilité, la campagne est belle, le plus les animaux : chèvres, bufflonnes sans oublier Léon le cochon et Sia le chat.

Réservation et paiement d'avance d'un tarif pour 3 personnes sur photo d'une large chambre triple. Chambre double prévue par l'établissement à notre arrivée. Matelas d'appoint au sol apporté en urgence pour notre fils de 13 ans devant la penderie rendue inaccessible alors que nous venions pour un mariage avec des vêtements de cérémonie. D'où chambre très encombrée et difficulté de se mouvoir à 3 plus les bagages... pas de serviettes de toilette complémentaires pour la 3ème personne. Aucun geste de dédommagement proposé par la gérante. Petit déjeuner bas de gamme (idem camp de jeunes dont mon fils revenait), très décevant pour un établissement de ce standing également restaurant. Piscine et abords mériteraient un peu plus d'entretien (en connaissance de cause, possédons l'identique !). Nous avons néanmoins beaucoup apprécié le calme, l'environnement et le charme de cette très belle bâtisse.

Nice country house

Ten minutes from Condom, a maison du maitre on a hill, with five or so nice chambres. The attached pressoir is a great resto, cuisine Gascogne and a fine cave. The decor would please my wife and the table pleases me. There is a pool and garden to relax. Great Gers address!

J’ai séjourné 9 nuits en chambre d’hôtes. J’ai eu de nombreuses occasions de profiter du chef en toute exclusivité. Je me suis toujours régalé sans choisir mes repas. On sent que le chef veut faire plaisir au travers de sa cuisine. Côté chambre d’hôtes, certainement ma meilleure trouvaille depuis plusieurs années. Accueil, confort et calme tout était parfait. J’étais comme à la maison grâce à mon aimable hôtesse. Mon meilleur souvenir mes repas en compagnie du chef et nos diverses discussions. Très envie de revenir en famille pour découvrir le Gers en touriste.
