Vacations Close To Emsland Cathedral

There were not enough employees to help when you check in. Told to wait and check in was determined by a Q, however you were checked in and everyone else went before you. Asked for help 3 times, people who had health or medical issues were overlooked. Greeters in the aisles were very helpful. Everything was scan this scan that and the scanning did not work all of the time. Was playing and one employee was walking back and forth watching the results of the spin, hit a major and felt under a microscope. The slots were great, however the ashtrays were filled to the brim and a lot of empty liquor bottles left around the machine. No one explained that when you prepay at checkout that you use your key card to get out of the parking lot, the "BELL" man told me to drop it in the box, if I had done that I would probably have to wait to get out or pay again. The employees assume you know how to do everything and look at you like you are challenged when you ask for help. (Stayed at Mandalay Bay previously and the employees there were excellent and understanding!)

I loved everything about the stay. The rooms were very nice and spacious. You could sleep without being awakened by noise and when we couldn't sleep, we could go downstairs to the casino
