A great central location, very reasonably priced, to explore Catania from. The room is very clean and well presented although a number of things were broken (the shower leaked which meant the toilet macerator went off every 30 minutes through the night, the shower head itself was also broken, and the aircon remote didn't really work) but for the price it's a good deal and otherwise comfortable.

It is right in the middle of the coolest part of Catania. Good reasonable restaurants with nice, friendly staffs. You MUST SEE the Roman amphitheater a few blocks away! The rooms are big and clean, coffee maker, light breakfast food provided, oranges and bananas in lobby. Great shower and small, cool balcony for fresh air. Taxis have trouble finding it. You have to book them through Uber. Go to a nearby restaurant. **Your room door slides open** It took me awhile to figure that out. Duh!

The place is okay to stay a few nights, no reception or staff on site. Small but efficient rooms. No real breakfast options, just a few packaged muffins and crackers on the desk and juice boxes in the minifridge. Very good central location on a side street. Sheets and towels were clean but the room itself needed a good cleaning/dusting. Noisy water pump kept turning on every now and then during the night.

Okay for a one-night stay in Catania city center

The room is spacious and the location is great. Breakfast consists on premade/packaged goodies (cereals, muffins, two bread slices, juice) that can be found in the room upon arrival - there is no tea (only coffee capsules) nor kettle in the room. The height of the door to the room was a bit low (1.7 m approx). Our biggest issue with the room is the bathroom: at regular intervals (every 10ish minutes, specially after using the toilet) a loud noise would come from the cistern, and the shower head kept dripping for a while after being used.

Good budget choice

Clean, easy check-in, great for 1 or 2 nights on a budget. can get a bit loud as it's full of young people. Especially the rooms facing the narrow courtyard where the sound carries from other rooms.

Very dark almost goth like entry, room request was not met until 2nd day and it was, no hot water for two days, uncomfortable, bathroom rule to throw paper in basket was not in review, noisy pump every hour didn't allow a restful sleep, towels were dingy grey worn, stiff. No lighting at entry had to use cell to light up key entry. Heater in room didn't work. Balcony view ( really? View of street? ). Very disappointed, ruined visit couldn't enjoy it fully.

It was difficult to check in as we had to call to the accomodation to get in and before that take pictures of our passports and sent them to accomodator. Room was worn out. We paid for triple room and we got double room with extra bed. Breakfast as in picture just some everlasting biscuits and piece of cake. But close to center. Ok for one night. Would not stay again.

The property is in a great location for sightseeing on foot in Catania. The property description & photos gave the impression that there was a bar & a breakfast room. These are both false. The breakfast was some cakes, a yoghurt & a small carton of juice left in the bedroom. The tea & coffee making facilities was actually a coffee maker so useless if you wanted tea. All the water in the bathroom went through a noisy masserator, and our leaking shower set this off every 1/2 hour, which kept waking us up. The bearings had gone in the aircon unit so you couldnt use it if you wanted to sleep.The delux triple room we paid for was a double with a queen sized bed. The only person on site was the cleaner who didn't speak English. When I finally spoke to the owner her comment was "you don't need a triple room as there's only two of you". On the plus side, the hairdryer was the best one i've ever had in a hotel room.

The property misrepresented its rooms and services The room I booked was not the room I received Owner rude and unavailable when problems arose Demoralizing comments made by owner when complaints were made AC didn’t work first night. Stuck on 18 Celsius. Contacted owner Nothing done until nex day. AC set by owner and remote removed from room Last night owner turned off AC despite the high temperature outside and the remote had been removed the previous night so it could not be turned on No breakfast Stale packaged food Door to room was not a secure door but a door used for closets or wardrobe. Key was nearly impossible to use and anyone could see in room by looking through key hole! Lights on stairs were dark and unsafe Curtains on window were plastic and too narrow to provide privacy from rooms across road Toilet would run off and on and omit fowl odor that filled room Streets outside were full of graffiti and trash. People could be heard all hours breaking bottles and yelling One half ounce shampoo / body wash per day. No soap for hand washing. Totally unsanitary !Pillows were hard and uncomfortable When I informed owner I would file a complaint with Expedia I was told “Go ahead” I felt unsafe in the room at night and slept with my phone. The owner was totally absent from property physically and mentally Hotel should be removed from Expedia website I would like a FULL refund

Hice mi reserva y pagué el total por adelantado. Desde un día antes de llegar al alojamiento traté de hacer contacto vía mensaje en la app de booking acerca de la hora de llegada, nadie contestó. Al llegar a la propiedad marqué el número telefónico indicado en la puerta de acceso, eran las 13 horas del día y nadie me contestó. En la propiedad no hay nadie a cargo de parte del propietario. Entonces escribí por whatsapp y hasta el tercer mensaje me enviaron las instrucciones para acceder, después de 10 minutos de estar esperando en la banqueta con mi equipaje. El cuarto se vencía a las 10 y leí en una hoja pegada ahí que tenían resguardo de equipaje por $5 euros, nuevamente les escribí al whatsapp con un día de anticipación para solicitar el servicio, una vez más, nadie respondió ni al mensaje, ni a la llamada. Aproximadamente a las 12 del día me llegó un mensaje que el costo era de $10 euros y que iban a checar si podían recibir mi equipaje, para ese momento yo ya estaba cargando mis maletas por la Ciudad. Muy mala atención

L'hébergement est très bien situé dans Catane. En revanche, on a regretté l'absence d'accueil physique. Et il serait préférable de ne pas proposer de petits déjeuners plutôt que: 2capsules de café, 2 mini cake de chez lidl et 2 briquettes de jus d'orange. Et un sachet de biscottes ( pas de beurre, pas de confiture...) pas de thé non plus...
