Had a great stay of 5 nights, really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff here is wonderful, very helpful. The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. The check in process was simple and friendly.Valentina was very cordial and spoke both Italian and English very well.The hotel was a boutique hotel and was filled with old world charm. Valentina booked us a Godfather tour which was amazing. The bar was in the lobby and was well stocked and close to the outside garden so we could sit and unwind after a day of siteseeing . Our room had a stocked mimibar with reasonable prices. Antonio also booked us a taxi to take to our next destination which took pressure off us trying to find a ride. Overall the staff,amenities and embiance were top notch. Ted

The staff are amazing. Silvio, Antonio, and Valentina were so so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and nice. They showed us the sites in Catania, organized our driver for the airport, and even taught us how to get to the bus station and which tickets to get for Siracusa.
