We had a warm welcome and a pleasant surprise when we saw the quality of the room and its fixtures and fittings.It was a very pleasant stay in accommodation that was conveniently located and with a very good breakfast to start the day.The staff were very amenable and helpful and the room spotless.We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation and would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering it’s located on one of the busiest main streets of Catania. Very walkable to Piazza Duomo, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at 454 Catania again!

Clean and modern centrally located hotel

Clean and well maintained boutique hotel. It is located along the Main Street of Cantania, and within walking distance to major sights in the city. Mr Anderson was very helpful and reassuring, especially in providing updates on the volcanic eruption which had happened on the day of our arrival.

The area was convenient for a nice walk to the centre of town and close to walk to amazing restaurants. I felt safe and secure at all times The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with non-stop coffee. I highly recommend this place when visiting Catania

Beautiful little boutique hotel, very clean room. All amenities included. Anderson was very accommodating and kind. This was our last stop in Sicily and was very impressed. Breakfast was good, big selection with lots of fruit, jams, and breads. Great location too. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a walkable distance. Secured paid parking close by, 20EUR a night. Overall a great stay!

Clean modern convenient.

I agree with others this is a great property. Clean, modern well appointed rooms, great breakfast and service by Anderson. Do be aware that it’s not a regular hotel with 24 hr reception and check in times are limited. 10am check out is early compared to most other hotels. Very convenient for airport bus and location is good for walking to Duomo.

The property is ideally located for exploration Catania on foot. You can get the bus to the airport which is just a 5 minute walk for 4 euros instead of the 40 euro taxi fare. The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality. Finally,I would highly recommend Anderson,who is a knowledgeable and personable front of house as an asset to 454.

Excellent property in one of the main streets of Catania and close to the historic center. Room was great, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The staff is amazing and treats you like family. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience.

The property is close to many restaurants, fish market, shopping, etc. Sadly, they do not have a full-time front desk and are not available after your check-in. The bed is comfortable and the room small, but has everything you need. We only stayed one night ahead of our flight to Naples. Uber to the airport was $30 US and took about 10 minutes at 6am in the morning.

Superbe séjour

Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Catane. L’hôtel est très bien situé,un parking à 20 euro la journée est disponible à 5mn à pied ce qui est appréciable. La personne a la réception est à l’écoute et fait en sorte que votre séjour soit une réussite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable.
