The worker there is incredibly helpful. He booked us a taxi, helped us with food spots, upgraded our room and was overly accommodating. The outside looks a little dirty but it is on the main road across from the park which is nice. The inside is a little worn and old. We only stayed one night so it was fine but just to set expectations. Our room faced the park and it was not loud.

If you want to stay downtown it’s a good location. City is quite dirty and has a lot of beggars. I live in a large city so I know that’s not unusual but was surprising considering everywhere else we visited. Our room was very clean but balcony was dirty and facing an area that wasn’t pleasant to look at. Staff was helpful.

I always have a hard time finding a hotel when traveling since I don’t know the area. Etna Suites was a perfect choice! We arrived late from Washington DC, after their hours, they sent complete directions on how to access the hotel. The room was quite roomy along with a large private bathroom. The a/c was strong! I didn’t have much interaction with the front desk, we didn’t need to. But they are there if you need anything. This was a great area for walking to shop/eat/explore. Their breakfast was quite good. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Thank you!!!

Older property but room was spacious. Great location opposite Bellini Gardens. Easy walk to old city and great restaurants. A bit of confusion as to entry, but fortunately reception was open and helpful.

The property was quiet and close to the most excellent bars and restaurants. I felt safe and it was close to shopping, sites, and the most beautiful garden directly across the street. The front desk was attentive and helpful and I appreciated their ability to communicate effectively.
