Il proprietario della struttura mi ha avvisato alle 21:30 della sera prima del check in che non poteva ospitarci per motivi tecnici al motore dell'acqua, invece di comunicare la problematica appena verificatasi. Comportamento poco professionale e disinterassato verso il cliente, il quale mi ha causato problemi logistici ed economici in quanto ho dovuto cercare un'altra struttura disponibile in tempi strettissimi.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'hotel à 18h30, celui-ci était fermé. Pas de sonnette à l'entrée. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire, qui nous a informé qu'il n'était pas là et que nous devions trouver une autre chambre ailleurs! Il n'a pas eu la décence de nous prévenir plus tôt alors qu'il s'agissait d'un jour de forte affluence à Catania (14 août, Ferragosto). Nous avons dû trouver un logement en dernière minute à cause de la malhonnêteté de ce propriétaire (qui ne s'est d'ailleurs pas excusé!!). Pas sérieux du tout, à déconseiller absolument.

Nous n avons pas pu avoir la chambre réservée qui était déjà occupée Un véritable scandale !! Vu l heure tardive nous avons du dormir dans notre voiture. Cet établissement est une honte pour la profession hôtelière. J espère que le montant de la chambre ne,sera pas débité sinon je porte plante pour escroquerie

Do not expect a hotel. It is a lodge.

Didn’t realize it was a B&B place. It was more like a lodge. There is no reception- so you have to let the owner know and he will open the door for you. It was a hard to find place and not knowing the language made it more difficult. The owner finally found me wandering and asking around. The neighborhood does not appear to be very safe.the owner demanded cash payment.if are on a budget and on a personal exploration trip and speak Italian, this place is OK, otherwise I will not recommend it.

Soggiorno Pessimo. Il proprietario non si e' fatto trovare e mi ha ribaltato su un altro appartamento. Non so come hotels permette a queste strutture di essere sul portale. Poca serieta', poca fiducia e appartamento che non si e' mai visto.

Buena ubicación , cerca de todo...

Apartamento nuevo , muy bien ubicado , en la Vía San Sebastiano , cerca del Castillo , con bares y restaurantes , y fácil estacionamiento en la calle , según la hora. La plaza dil Duomo. Unas 5 cuadras , y de allí la Vía Etnea , principal con variedad de negocios y tiendas. A un lado del Duomo , se puede tomar el Fun Train por 2 euros , en una hora te da una recorrida muy completa , con explicación en español también. El mercado de peces , abre solo por la mañana. Muy buena ubicación cerca de todo, y buena atención por parte de Carlo. Muy buena experiencia.

Great room, shady neighborhood

The apartment was amazing and the bathroom facilities were like you are in heaven :) Nevertheless, the are was shady and breakfast was disappointing. We also had a little scare when we were not ale to get into the apartment when we arrived and the phone of the owner was turned off, but things sorted out after some time.

Et meget fint B&B beliggende tæt på attraktioner. Stedet har ingen reception, hvorfor det kan være godt at have anmeldt ca-tidpunkt for ankomst, på forhånd, af hensyn til udlevering af nøgle. Morgenmad inkluderer en croissant og en kop kaffe, på en nærliggende cafe. Vi oplevede stor hjælpsomhed fra personalet, ved behov.

quand nous sommes arrivés, l'hotel avait soi disant tout simplement fermé!!! l'hotel voisin était au courant de notre arrivée et nous avait réservé une chambre pour la nuit d'une valeur moindre. Une grosse arnaque. Et oo peut toujours réserver des chambres dans cet hotel alors qu'il est bel et bien fermé! inadmissible!

attention à la description de cette chambre. Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas du même équipement. La première en entrant ne dispose pas de kitchenette ni de micro onde, juste un frigo. Le petit déjeuner (qui se limite à une brioche et une boisson chaude) est servi dans un café voisin. attention aux heures d'ouverture, nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner le premier jour car le café n'ouvrait qu'à 9h30 et nous devions partir plus tôt. ça va pour une nuit mais pas plus. Par contre, très bien placé, proche du centre pour tout faire à pieds.

Vi har ikke boet på dette hotel. Vi bookede det gennem Hotels.com, men da vi kom frem til hotellet kunne vi ikke komme ind. Nabo ejendommen var også et hotel, og de fortalte os, at ejeren af Il Re havde ringet til dem og sagt at vi nu havde booket hos dem, men at de IKkE havde nogen ledige værelser.

Un appartement spacieux dans un quartier proche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir ou à faire dans Catane. Et surtout au calme! Aucun souci de stationnement, nous avons toujours trouvé à nous garer sur la place. Merci à Enzo pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous conseillons vivement ce B&B.

Een echt huis

De ruimte was geweldig, comfort prima. Alleen... er was alleen uitzicht. op een muur op een meter afstand. Binnen had je geen idee van de geweldige ligging in de binnenstad, op 5 minuten lopen van het prachtige Domplein bijvoorbeeld. Maar ja, je moet daar natuurlijk ook buiten zijn...! En bijna elke dag schone handdoeken, schoonmaak gewoon zelf doen.

Sorprendemente fantastico!

Arrivando all'indirizzo datoci, ci siamo guardati un po' in faccia, perchè non prometteva di gran chè'. Invece, la sistemazione era più che buono. Camere pulite, in bagno abbastanza asciugamani, inclusi quelli per il bidet. Asciugacapelli, saponi vari e una doccia bella ampia. I letti perfetti e l'oste Massimo era molto gentile. Il quartiere circostante potrebbe sembrare poco confortante, ma è molto vivo e caratteristico. L'unico punto negativo era che il Wifi non funzionava.

Gestore in vacanza.

ho scoperto solo al mio arrivo alle 22 che il b&b Il Re non aveva disponibilità di camere in quanto il titolare era additittura fuori Catania, benchè la mia prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine. oltretutto, contattato al telefono, il titolare mi rispondeva che non sapeva che farci, che su expedia avrei sicuramente trovato altro e che non sapeva se l'importo sarebbe stato comunque prelevato dalla carta di credito. in più l'esterno della struttura, che io ho trovato chiusa, è fatiscente e non sembra proprio un b&b.
