I came for the eclipse on August 12, 2026. My first choice of hotel canceled at the last minute and Expedia kindly help me with this excellent hotel. I lucked out! The staff are very gracious, and I enjoyed the generous breakfast as well. It is a few kilometers outside of Burgos, so you have to plan for that

The hotel was clean and decent for what it is. The restaurant was only open at breakfast (although the bar was open at night for drinks). The beds were very hard, and the pillows very tiny. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, just a dispenser with something that looked like Dawn dish detergent. The staff didn't speak English for the most part, but we were able to get by with our minimal Spanish knowledge.

Staff were lovely and very friendly, rooms were clean if a little dated. Bathroom door locks didn’t work. No tea/coffee facilities or fridge in the room, however they do serve good coffee in the bar. Convenient location and extra marks for car charging facilities!

Hotel acogedor, con buena zona de aparcamiento, habitaciones muy amplias. En nuestro caso íbamos con dos niños de 3 años. Para hacer noche estaba muy bien. No puedo opinar del restaurante porque no tomamos nada ahí, a parte que el desayuno con bufet eran 10 euros por cabeza…. Pero para hacer noche en mitad del camino muy bien
