The staff were accommodating. I had really good service from the lady named Princess. The massage was also really good. The staff kept asking I would say invasive questions in some instances.

The property is beautiful, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The property is a little way from a lot of the tourist attractions. However, the nightly entertainment and transfer service to the weekly Friday Night Fish Fry Party amounts for the location. There is also a beautiful beach near by and the ferry service to island hop to other near by islands. Bel Jou Hotel provides all the necessities for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Huge shoutout to the incredible staff at Bel Jou—Dana ( my name sake)Jemima, Brendan, Princess, the chefs, and everyone else who made my stay world-class! The hospitality is impeccable, and as a Bajan living in the US, I was so proud to experience that signature Caribbean warmth. The property is impeccably maintained, and I especially appreciated the top-notch security, including their attentive check-outs when I left in a private taxi. From taking advantage of all the amenities to using the Bel Jou taxi shuttle, everything was seamless. Great views, great people, and great vibes—I couldn't have asked for a better stay

BelJou has always been my favorite pick when in St. Lucia. No where is perfect, but this hotel always brings the warmth of home. I’ve had a few runnings with only two (2) extremely rude staff, as there will always be bad apples wherever you go. But I must admit, the majority of the staff here treats guest with respect, and most importantly; you always feel the genuine love! Thanks to all who’ve positively contributed to my experiences, and I look forward to many more stays to come.

The resort property itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, we felt the food and drink options were limited, especially at night. After 11 p.m., there was no complimentary food or even water available, and drinks had to be purchased. The entertainment options were also limited. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but we feel the dining, late-night options, and entertainment could be improved.

A good venue, but as an Expedia gold member, I was promised a bottle of sparkling juice / non-alcoholic wine. After asking on 4 occasions, I still did not get it. This was the only problem with the stay at Bel Jour. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This was our first time out of the country so I don’t have anything to compare to. With that being said to us it was amazing! The staff was the best part they were so friendly and eager to help and explain everything to us even if we asked multiple times! The view wasn’t listed as a sunset view but we saw the sunset and even experienced the famous “green flash” from our room. Our tour guides did say Bel jou was cheapest all inclusive resort option on the island but it is a known thing that the staff is wonderful there in comparison to the other resorts. So if you’re looking for a really fancy room and amenities I know some of the others have beach front rooms but if your main goal is to eat and sleep at the hotel and experience the island I’d say this is the perfect place.

I loved a majority of the staff. Kidada, Brendan, Macc, Bella, Janet, Quincy, and many more were very nice and helpful during my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that it felt like the drinks were watered down but the food and service were great.
