From the road the Glenwood looks dated and not real appealing. BUT the rooms have been updated fairly recently amd rhe beds are quite comfy...bit soft for my liking, but I still slept really well. Rhe Glenwood has an indoor and an outdoor pool so our family had a blast. The Glenwood also doesn't have an attached restaurant but I'll recommend Lil T's across the road. A very shorr walk that is well worth trying. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Huge comfortable bed. Bathroom smells moldy and I would highly recommend grab bars to help get off the toliet as it is very low. Also a bath mat as I , as a Senior, did not feel overly safe standing in the tub/shower

Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites.

Overall the room looked new, was clean, air conditioning worked well and was not too noisy. The room was missing a hair dryer and a box of tissues. When we came back to our room for the second night the towels had not been changed and the bed unmade. I questioned the desk clerk about this and he told me they don’t enter the room and haven’t since Covid. This seemed to me to be a poor excuse to save a little money. What bothers me is that they have been doing this to customers for five years He did say clean towels were available on request. After this, the cleaning staff showed up early morning with towels and put fresh linen on the bed. In my opinion this brought the overall rating down to a two where it could easily have been a four.
