Vacations Close To Castillo De San Carlos

I have been to Vegas several times. It was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood. I loved it. I definitely will be staying again. It had a food court along with other nice restaurants including a P. F. Chang"s, which is one of my favorite. I also loved the shoshops inside of the mall, the Miracle Mike Shops.The hotel was very nice. It

Very clean, nice staff parking was simple. Only thing i would say is the elevators take entirely too long, hopefully they will work on making That better somehow.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with my stay. I booked my reservation almost a week in advance and only had the room for one day, yet I still had to wait two hours before I was able to check in. After finally getting into the room, I discovered that it had not been properly cleaned. There were dirty towels left on the floor and in the shower. After waiting two hours for a room I had already reserved, I expected it to at least be clean and ready. This was unacceptable and took away a significant amount of time from an already short stay. I would like management to address this situation and provide appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and poor condition of the room.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Icon Brickell, especially as a parent traveling with children. The apartment and overall property did not match what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing from the start. At the pool, I was supervising three children at all times, but we were repeatedly approached about rules that had not been clearly communicated. I was first told I had to be inside the pool with the children, which I did. Then, one child was told he could not jump in, even though he was wearing a life jacket and I was supervising him. Later, we entered the hot pool and were only then told that children must be over 5 years old. I understand that safety rules are necessary, but they should be clearly posted and explained in advance. Families should know these restrictions before entering the pool area. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family stay became stressful and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Icon Brickell to families with young children.
