We had a really lovely stay at Residenza Camboni. The property is clearly brand new, very clean and well maintained. What we liked most was the setting: it is in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, trees and greenery, with the different buildings naturally separated by bushes and trees, so there is a lovely sense of privacy. Our apartment was behind a beautiful hill, and at night we could see the stars. It was quiet and peaceful, with the wonderful scent of the trees and vegetation all around. A relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, about 30 minutes from Villasimius and around 15 km from some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rei. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge della Costa Rei. Struttura ben tenuta, camera spaziosa e pulita con veranda privata e dei tavoli con sedie negli spazi comuni. Tutta la famiglia è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente e l’attenzione e l’impegno messi della signora Dina ci hanno colpito molto, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

C’est un endroit joli et authentique loin des artifices. Un logement confort et chaleureux. Mais quelle déception pour l’accueil. Nous avions dès notre arrivée la sensation de déranger. Nous finissons par revenir voir gentiment la propriétaire après notre arrivée, car nous n’avions pas les clés du portail pour aller manger à l’extérieur et nous avions besoin de faire une machine ( présente dans notre logement). De nouveau, la propriétaire nous exprime un mécontentement. Nous nous sommes même excusés sincèrement après avoir compris que nous la dérangions alors qu’elle avait les mains dans les pâtes. Le lendemain matin, nous arrivons apaisés pour le petit déjeuner. Nous nous faisons reprendre fermement par la propriétaire, car nous nous sommes trompés de porte en entrant dans la pièce. L’accueil est glacial et pesant. La propriétaire, le visage fermé, nous donne une seule consigne tout en agitant sa main fermement contre sa montre : «  parti alle 10:30 capite ? ». Notre patience a des limites, nous avons quitté la pièce. La propriétaire m’a suivi en s’exprimant sur un ton fort et agressif tout en agitant ses mains fermement vers moi. Je lui ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de parler plus doucement et calmement. Sachez que votre comportement m’a profondément choquée. Votre lieu est pourtant fabuleux et représente un lieu de paix. Vous devriez sincèrement en faire autant.
