All of the staff (reception, restaurants, beach/pool) were incredibly kind and helpful. They really pay attention to the details and make sure you have the best experience. The room and grounds were gorgeous. Already thinking about the next time I can go back, I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely large junior suite/room 222, sometimes noisy as above the restaurant, small balcony. Lovely setting with easy access to beaches, with sun beds and with crystal clear waters. Staff were all amazing, very attentive, professional and kind. Two lovely fine dining restaurants and poolside bar/snack area. Would recommend highly.

This property was amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful, especially the fruit, French toast, and pastries. The beach is beautiful - turquoise water, white sand, plenty of comfy beach chairs. The surrounding area also has lots of good restaurants and agriturismo.

We had a great stay. The place is wonderful, calm, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very attentive! The restaurant is very good (especially the one upstairs) it's a shame that the one at the bar isn't as good! €30 for a Caesar salad that isn't worth it, it's disappointing! We of course recommend the place which is magnificent

This was by far one of our favorite places we’ve ever traveled to! This was our final stop on our two week honeymoon trip around Italy and it was the perfect place to end our journey. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the staff values the quality of your stay. No detail was missed and everyone was extremely kind and customer service oriented. We can’t say enough good things about this place! Great food, great property, great drinks and very relaxing! We will be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and we were blown away by the immaculate hotel, world class service and delicious food and drink here. The beach is beautiful, gardens pristine and rooms immaculate. It was extra special as we got engaged out here and the hotel staff were exceptional in helping me create a private, memorable occasion for us. This is a beautiful location on a very long stretch of beach. It is a true 5 star property and 5 star experience with fantastic service and professional staff. The rooms are large, well appointed and very clean. The property is landscaped beautifully and well maintained. The restaurants are first rate. Stay here if you are in Castiadas.

Lovely staff . Very nice hotel. Drink and food far too expensive for what it was and limited choice of Italian dishes. Also no toilets near beach so a long trek to use toilet from beach.

From the moment I walked into the property, I felt welcome. Francesca greeted me with an authentic smile and checked me in on the terrace. This hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Everything is so clean, well cared for and the true picture of luxury/relaxation. The service is exceptional and the attention to detail very appreciated. The only issue is the taxi fee to near by towns is excessive at $70 euro round trip to a town 20 min away. This was a great hotel, great stay & will come again

This is a truly beautiful hotel. Everything about it is luxurious from the pool and beach to the rooms and restaurants The staff are friendly and so attentive. It’s quite remote so a car would be advisable however the hotel can arrange taxis to restaurants but there is a surcharge after 10 pm. There’s nothing really negative to say about this hotel Its a perfect retreat if you want relaxation and peace and quiet.The drinks are on the expensive side but I guess it’s what you pay in hotels of this calibre I would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. Lunch near the pool area was also very good. The grounds and vegetation are stunning and the beach is beautiful. This is a beautiful venue to recharge the batteries. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel with incredible beach!

We absolutely loved the hotel and beach. The ocean was heaven! Staff were all very friendly and happy to assist. They also had a great breakfast! We thought the sheets were low quality and mattress needs to be updated. We also thought they could have had free water refill stations as we felt the number of plastic bottles we went through was ridiculous, especially for a hotel on the beach. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. It exceeded our expectations!
