I stayed for nine nights, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon. The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabriel, who made my daughter feel truly special by preparing her bedtime milk at exactly the temperature she liked, and to Niccola, who introduced me to the world of grappa. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more memorable.

Cleanliness of room and public areas was great but we felt the swimming pool needed attention here and there. Check in and check out staff very friendly and helpful however when I explained a problem with the creamer in my room, the reception lady advised me to go to the pool bar (quite a walk and inconvenient) as she couldn’t help. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. There were free parking bays just outside the hotel which was great. The room (we paid for a sea view) was a great size and there were plenty of sockets and amenities such as a kettle and a fridge. The hotel is just across from a beach although we didn’t go there as it was raining. There were restaurants nearby with takeaway options. Be mindful that even though this is a lovely hotel, it is about a 15 minute drive into Castelsardo.

Everything was great. They dont do lunch or dinner there just pre-packaged rolls, which didn't bother us as we like to eat out. Breakfast was plentiful. Only thing that i didnt like was the size of the bathroom in our room. We noticed that the other couple we were with had a bigger one. So if you dont like tiny i would request a big bathroom

Our room, the shower runs hot then cold, the temperature didn't remain constant for the 2 weeks we were there. The room attendant was excellent and did excellent work, thank you 😊 The swimming pool was dirty, it had a constant dirt ring running all the way around it. We asked for the manager to address this, it never happened. You wouldn't give a guest a room with a dirty bath, so why would you do this with a swimming pool? Very disappointing 😞 We never saw the pool attendant taking samples from the pool either to check the water quality. On our last day i had to tell the pool attendant to unblock the lower pool beacuse it had fully blocked with leaves and was overflowing onto the sunbed area, making it very slippery and dangerous to walk on. The pool attendant just sat on his phone. The pool is awkward to get into and out of if you are disabled. The step on the far side side is too deep.

Voor een 4-sterrenhotel hadden we meer verwacht. De kamer was vrij klein en erg gehorig. Vooral de badkamer was ontzettend krap: wanneer je op het toilet zat, zat je bijna met je armen tegen de wastafel. Ook de kleine details vielen wat tegen. Zo kregen we bij aankomst één keer conditioner, maar toen we later om nieuwe vroegen, bleek deze “op” te zijn. Niet echt wat je verwacht van een 4-sterrenhotel. We kregen wel een gratis upgrade van onze kamer, wat we natuurlijk heel fijn vonden en zeker een pluspunt was. Tegelijkertijd vroegen we ons daardoor wel af hoe klein de economy kamers moeten zijn, aangezien onze geüpgradede kamer al behoorlijk compact was. Al met al was het verblijf oké, maar qua comfort en voorzieningen vonden we het niveau niet helemaal overeenkomen met wat je van vier sterren verwacht.
