This is our second time to La Bajaloglia and we absolutely love it. The staff is extraordinary and the property is breathtaking and magical. We have also dined for dinner twice at the restaurant onsite and the service and food are incredible. We will come back to this place again and again. Big heartfelt thank you to Ben who is an exceptional and kind host and a major reason for our return. Also a special shout out to the adorable dog, Matti, who brings this place warmth and character. If you want to go on a vacation where it feels like home and love, look no further. Castelsardo is a very special town with kind people and wonderful energy and La Bajaloglia and the people who run this beautiful resort make our visits here all the more special.

Absolutely fantastic experience

Very nice location with magnificant views of Castelsardo village and castle. Extremely friendly and personalized service. Dinner experience in the hotel close to perfection, fantastic menu with variety of fish, seafood and other local dishes, large portions. Professional but relaxed service and nice somelier. We were upgraded to own private villa with fantastic views.

Absolutely stunning views from our Villa! It was truly breathtaking to wake up each morning, watching the sunrise while looking at Castel Doria in Castelsardo. Most Probably the Best Hotel in North Sardegna

Simply said a great place with great people! The Location of the hotel is simply superb with direct view to the see and the village of Castelsardo. The villa we had was amazing and offered all we were looking for. The Restaurant provides excellent Service and the food is very good for both seafood lover and meat lovers. Most impressed we have been about the entire staff, even if it is end of season where in many places its not anymore so good, not in Bajaloglia these people always work with their heart and try to get everything perfect, also the friendliness was amazing and always with a mile. Thanks to the entire Bajaloglia team for making our 1 week holiday so beautiful and memorable.

It is a beautiful property with good food. However they still seem to agrue and not take us seriously about the smell from the night stands in the White Villa. My husband looked up the tag and there is a warning about the wood stating in moist areas it will get formaldehyde. I open the drwaer and a gas came out making me sick. The shower makes a high pitch noise throughout the whole place. Theyreis not screen on most every thing. The bathroom if you open at night the windows bugs get in. There is cameras around this villa. I get the pool I guess but not the otherside. It wasn't a luxury private villa. They did move us finally the next night. Unfortunately only one person could take a shower in this villa they said they checked it but the second person was always cold. I appreciate what effort was made a free dinner but unfortunately we spent 2 half days dealing with all of this and moving that it just ruined seeing all we had planned.

Their views are amazing overlooking the sea and town of castelsarda. The beds were very comfortable. However, as an interior designer, the whole property needs an overhaul. Paint colors, furniture, all out dated. Reception, bar and dining area cluttered, mismatched and disorganized. Pool and patio furniture mismatched and shabby. All needs to be replaced and updated. In our room much the same. Garish yellow paint in the bathroom, mauve walls (1980s much??) and red leather and curtains in the bedroom. Bathrobes and towels were almost threadbare. However the Bedding was amazing as was the bed. The bathrooms also felt cheap—our shower drain didn’t drain fast enough so we were standing in an inch or more of water while showering. The grounds are incredible but all the other details need to be improved to make this place feel luxurious not like a cheap Las Vegas hotel. Restaurant was pretentious and not all that great in spite of their Michelin rating. That being said, the view from our patio and the serenity watching sunrise and super moon rise made everything of no importance. This property is one of a kind. It could perfect.

Clean spacious room, extensive tasty breakfast. Lovely sea view terrace with loungers, umbrella and chairs. Unfortunately the wind was pretty strong so we sat round the side of the building which was more sheltered. Pool not heated but dipped our feet in, was a windy day and more sheltered by the room, otherwise may have spent more time by the pool. Steep drive to get to the hotel, ample parking, delicious dinner with amuse bouche. Gorgeous views of Castelsardo. Would definitely return.
