Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!

I was glad I booked to stay here. The hotel is quite clean and walking distance to so much. Yet, it also feels relatively quiet. I walked to the coffee shop daily, and often to dinner as well. The staff are super helpful and kind. I honestly think I got an upgrade (my room was a corner room on the top floor with two balconies!). I would come back here again. The only improvement I could say is that the warm water was inconsistent and unpredictable. However, never to the point of freezing. If it mattered a lot, I think the staff would have helped but I never told them. Thank you to the front desk, housekeeping staff, and also the bar staff (who helped me with my luggage when they saw me struggling)

Our Stay at Dorma was wonderful! Love the decor and welcoming atmosphere. Staff hospitality is top notch. Andres and the ladies were courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out. Love the size of the bath towels. Hot water was always Hot and the showerhead pressure was therapeutic. We loved the fresh citrus water pitcher with the pasteis de nata in the lobby! We loved Lisbon and our stay made it even more enjoyable. The mid floor stairs going down on the 6th floor was the only inconvenient thing when lugging our luggage to our room and lugging it to check out. Everything else was 10/10! Location was very good as well.
