Lage: gut Personal Gastronomie: nett Einrichtung: Toilettenspülung immer wieder defekt. Zuständige Managerin wirkte arrogant und war kundenunfreundlich, da sie uns für den erheblichen Sachmangel (2x lief die Spülung laut die ganze Nacht) weder eine Entschädigung anbot. Ein akzeptabler Zimmerwechsel konnte uns auch nur sehr spät am 5. Tag angeboten werden.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Gardaland Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero fantastica! Il posto è stupendo, curato in ogni dettaglio e perfetto sia per i bambini che per gli adulti. La camera era bellissima, spaziosa, pulita e tematizzata in modo davvero magico. Anche la piscina è un punto forte: grande, ben tenuta e rilassante. Tutto è andato per il meglio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi vuole vivere la magia di Gardaland anche fuori dal parco!

Struttura molto bella, sembra di essere in un villaggio, ti dimentichi del mondo esterno! L'unica pecca che abbiamo notato è che avendo cambiato 2 stanze, in entrambe c'era la doccia sporca.

Camere Classic pulite;bagno in ordine. Nel periodo estivo possibilità i usufruire dell’area piscina,zona piscina usufruita dai 3 hotel di Gardaland quindi con molte persone. Erogatori self service di bibite per chi vuole;presente bar e ristorante al Gardaland Hotel(in questo periodo il Tuthankamen Restaurant chiuso nei giorni infrasettimanali). Comodità servizio navetta per Gardaland Park. Personale professionale ma servirebbero più addetti al check out(comodo servizio di self check-in).
