Great Location & Views, But Pools Need Attention We loved the marina views from the balcony—such a peaceful spot with boats passing by. The apartment is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and main street full of restaurants and bars. Staff were responsive, replacing a broken kettle quickly and providing a second key when asked. Fresh towels and sheets were provided after a week. However, the property needs better maintenance. The bathroom tap was loose, some plug sockets were uncovered, and the balcony door didn’t lock. The pools were a major letdown—bird droppings around the upstairs pool and thick green grime in the downstairs one, which stained swimwear. Extra charges for a balcony (£65) and parking (£12/day) added up. Also, boat residents using the facilities made it feel less exclusive. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

Très mauvais moment dans cet hôtel, deux nuits d’affilée coupure d’électricité à 22h30. Première nuit. Remise à 4h du matin. Deuxième nuit. Pas remise du tout jusqu’à 11 heures que nous sommes du coup parti car impossible de rester 15° dans la chambre toute la nuit. Pas d’eau, pas d’électricité, juste une horreur.

Séjour convenable. De l’attente au check-in mais l’hôtesse nous a loué une place de parking et a été très sympathique ! La vue depuis l’appartement est incroyable ! Les wc n’étaient pas propres… des traces ne laissaient aucun doute… L’hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités.

Moins bien que par le passé...

Appart hôtel vieillissant. Nous sommes habitués des lieux et malheureusement, nous avons constaté une détérioration des conditions de logement. Électroménager fatigué, usé. Maintenance des logements peu effectuée.(on s'est retrouvé coincé dans la salle de bain, fenêtres ne fermant pas ...). Draps pour le canapé sales et incomplets. Les à côté restent onéreux (chiens, parking, balcon) Les points positifs, les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques et essayent de trouver des solutions. L'hôtel est toujours aussi calme, la vue toujours aussi plaisante. Espérons que Pierre et Vacances investisse dans la maintenance des appartements et de leurs équipements.

Muy bien situado. El estado del apartamento es mejorable, se sale (no un poco) toda el agua de la ducha y la limpieza estaba para revisarla porque es desagradable ir encontrando pelos de otros clientes por el suelo y el baño.
