Tried to charge for compulsory room change

The man at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful but when the woman arrived she wanted us to move rooms and then charge us for the inconvenience . We should be charging them !! Stupid policy.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel, très bon accueil, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable, honnêtement rien de négatif à dire. Tout est propre, les poissons et les tortues sont trop mimis ^^ .
