Highly recommended hotel in Platja D’Aro

We had a great day in the hotel. We found the staff to be really helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed it using the spa. Breakfast was great and the location is excellent.

Loved the hotel, the staff are very hard working, professional and friendly. We had a family room and it was huge with a double balcony, big bathroom with double basins (why does the shower not attach to the wall?? Had to shower sitting down in the bath). I would advise you take earplugs though, as we were not familiar with the town and it is awake all night, noisy cars, bikes and revellers will disturb you if you live somewhere quiet like us. We didn’t use the rooftop pool as we used the sun beds out front, the bar serving drinks and snacks was very convenient. The breakfast is very basic, they charge extra if you want other items such as freshly squeezed OJ or your egg fried instead of scrambled. The croissants were inexplicably tiny but very delicious. Beach towels are provided. We even managed a walk to the water park which the kids loved, about 20 minutes on foot.

The stay was great, very clean and spacious room and service. Reception gave us great recommendations for activities. The only downside is that the Wifi wasn't working properly so I had to be on mobile hotspot most of the time.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing view

Amazing stay at the resort, which is just on the beach with beautiful view. We had a familyroom for four and the space was was just perfect for four night vacation. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and Spa experience very relaxing. Hotel staff was very helpfull.

The property is very clean and in excellent condition. The staff are very accommodating, attentive to their guests especially Hassan. During our stay, Hassan made sure that all our needs are met. My son and I enjoyed every minute of our time in Costa Brava. This was the perfect centrally located hotel to explore the area. Tons of restaurants and shopping walking distance. And of course the beach and boardwalk right out the front door. The roof pool deck was extremely pleasant to sit and read and take a dip in the pool. The bathroom and room were very generous for a European hotel. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with tons of options to keep a teenager happy. Great experience!

Excellent stay!

We stayed at Cosmopolita last week and it was such a beautiful experience! The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the clean rooms to the top-notch service. A special mention goes to the receptionists Isabelle, Hasan, and Jana – they were incredibly professional, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cosmopolita to anyone looking for a perfect beachside getaway with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere! We can’t wait to return!

After a long journey, it was so nice to be greeted with a welcoming staff. Jana, Hussane and team were so helpful, cheerful, and anxious to help us celebrate our anniversary. We book a suite and was the perfect setting for us overlooking the sea. The team was always available for any want. The dining staff manager Edwardo went over the top to make us feel welcomed and offering any amenities. The wait staff was very professional and helpful. Bar services were fantastic. Miranda was pleasant and always available for whatever we might need. As well as Erik, Niko, and Fatima. Maid service was phenomenal. We had full board, but I would recommend half board, since there are so many walkable shops, and restaurants. Great beachfront resort!

Almost everything about this hotel was wonderful. However, we booked a seafront room with balcony so that we could hear the waves especially when falling asleep. Instead, despite the nice weather, we were unable to leave the windows open because they played loud techno music nonstop from 7 am until 1 am. It was unrelenting. Dinner and relaxing around the bar were all marred by this music. Super good food, nice location, excellent staff. Would NEVER stay there again.

Great location, staff and the whole experience. Food is delicious. Secure parking is block away and easily accessible. Only a couple recommendations for improvements, one is to limit ocean front bar lounge music to 12am instead of 1am. You can hear the beat in the ocean front suite we stayed. Can be pretty annoying to some sensitive guests. Second, either use some special chemical to remove make up and oil stains from bathroom countertop or replace it with something that doesn’t absorb it so easily. Existing one is made out of cheap white formica. Other than that everything else was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, our room overlooked the beach promenade. The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable with great facilities, such as a jacuzzi bath and a walk in wardrobe. The breakfast was very good with great choice.
