Nice breakfast, disappointing room experience

The hotel had some good points, such as a nice breakfast and a large swimming pool. However, our room was disappointing. When we arrived, it smelled of cigarettes and wasn’t very clean. On the day of check-out, we even found a live millipede inside the room.

Skuffende opphold

Rom, restaurant, spa og resepsjon var rent og fint. Bassengområdet var dårlig vedlikehold med løse planker som en lett kan snuble i. Mye forstyrrelser ved at lokalbefolkningen kunne bruke uteområdet, og hotellets ledelse at ikke kontroll på hva disse foretok seg. Alt fra løse hunder til høy musikk. Veldig uforutsigbar om restauranten var åpen for lunsj og middag. Frokosten var heller dårlig med gammelt brød og lite pålegg. Kelneren rotet mye med bestillinger og gjestene fikk ofte ikke den maten de hadde bestilt. Spaavdelingen var veldig bra. En bør være obs på at det er vanskelig å få tak i taxi

Vi havde bestilt 2 overnatninger mhp afslapning, pool og spa ifm en længere rundtur i Italien. Vi ankom en søndag, hvor det viste sig, at poolen blev lejet ud til lokale familier, så der var ingen plads hverken ved eller i poolen, ingen solstole eller parasoller. Desuden en frygtelig larm og griseri, Desuden var poolområdet lidt forfaldent med løst træ og huller omkring poolen. Utrolig sødt og venligt personale. Meget hjælpsomme. Lækre værelser. Pænt og rent og ok størrelse. Morgenmaden lidt mangelfuld. Stort set gabende Tom. Service halv beskidt. Spiste på hotellets restaurant, som til gengæld serverede rigtig godt mad. Lækkert.

Skuffende oplevelse.

Rigtig dejligt værelse med plads til os alle fire. Flot istandsat, rent og pænt. Vi havde bestilt med morgenmadsbuffet og havde glædet os. Personalet i buffeten var dovne og uoplagte. Der stod service alle stedet og buffeten blev ikke fyldt op. Man skulle spørge efter tallerkner og glas. Den unge pige havde mere travlt med sin telefon end med noget andet. Da vi spurgte til mere frisk frugt og brød fik vi at vide, at der ikke var mere, hvilket er meget uheldigt når vi har betalt for buffeten og vi var der 1 timer før den skulle lukke. Poolområdet var desværre heller ikke så som på billederne, hvor træbeklædning rundt om poolen var ved at falde af og lå løst, med skruer og splinter overalt. Søndag var poolen propfyldt med gæster udefra, som åbenbart kunne købe sig adgang og der var derfor ikke plads til os. Så sammenlagt en øv oplevelse og vi var glad for, at vi skulle hurtigt videre.

Chegamos no quarto e não havia sabonetes. Eu solicitei à recepção e o atendente foi até o interior do quarto confirmar se eu não estava mentindo. Tive que solicitar mais uma outra vez para o hotel repor o sabonete. O SPA não é incluso no preço. O quarto não possui janelas. We arrived at the room and there was no soap. I asked reception and the attendant went inside the room to confirm that I wasn't lying. I had to ask the hotel again to replace the soap. The SPA is not included in the price. The room has no windows.

Séjour sympa mais décevant

Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe et la chambre ne ressemblait malheureusement pas du tout aux photos. Elle était en réalité beaucoup plus petite, en rez-de-chaussée avec seulement la porte pour fenêtre (donc très sombre). Nous avions réservé un massage pour 2 personnes mais la masseuse n'était pas au courant... Nous avons donc assisté à une dispute en italien entre le gérant et la masseuse. Nous avions payé pour 40min de massage et le gérant a essayé de marchander pour qu'on n'en fasse que 30 (en payant le même prix)... Finalement pour le check out, personne ne savait réellement ce qu'on devait payer. De plus, la communication était difficile car ils ne parlent tous qu'italien. Un service très mitigé mais la piscine reste agréable.
