The restaurant was super convenient and had a great menu, which made things easy after long workdays. Newman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They are in the middle of remodeling so when they are finished, it’s going to be great. We got a room that wasn’t remodeled yet so was older and felt like it needed to be cleaned better but apart from that, it was fine. The location is amazing. Very close to downtown and not difficult to get to other places and it’s pet friendly easy access to take your pets to do their business.. All in all, 2 thumbs up and a like. I will definitely stay here again.

Remodeling was going on which did not affect our stay at all. Heard the place was in bad shape years ago with homeless and drugs. We did not experience any of that. The river front was nice and was able to enjoy the fireworks from there. We stayed one night and it was fine.

This hotel needs a major renovation, the toilet in our room moved around. The outside had a lot to be desired. The room was clean but very dated. The breakfast… there was no syrup for waffles and the attendant acted as if he had no idea what that was, there was also no cream cheese for the bagels. The pool was nice, cold but nice. If you’re thinking about this room I would suggest something different.

The layout of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It rambles all over. You need the map they show you. I had trouble with one door refusing to open as I was leaving even using the emergency button. No elevator for us older generation is hard to handle. The room was clean and spacious. The staff helpful. Guess I’m just set in what I expect.
