Our biggest issue was that our keys never worked! Like ever! Outside doors,or, room doors. The keys would just unprogram or would be programed but still wouldnt open the doors. Im patient typically, but it definitely got a bit annoying when you were parked in the far back and had to get back in the car or walk around just to get inside. There was a guy there that ran and opened the door and ran down and got us new keys one night. He was very sweet to do so, as we were exhausted. ** Breakfast was really good. Room was clean.
