Vacations Close To MGM Grand Casino

After checking in I knew that THIS was my Las Vegas destination hotel. Everything was just as you would want in a luxurious hotel. We cannot wait to come back!

Clean room

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room size is the only positive comment I can share, very spacious for the two queen standard room we had. Here is a list of what went wrong. - on the night we were there only one elevator was working to service approximately 754 rooms (based on 29 rooms per floor and the elevator serviced 26 floors floors 22-50) Elevators P-018, P-020 did nothing no movement from 6pm until 12am and P-021 stopped working and sat on the 34th floor about 8pm. On Sunday morning again only 2 were working at 8am. - huge missing chunk out of granite counter, like almost 12 inch long missing piece in public washroom by the KISS area. Really I expect this at a Super 8 not a Multi Hundred Million annual revenue property. Do the management not walk around??? - Staff give two craps to help. My wife had an issue where a tour company had just dropped her back off at the hotel, however she left her purse, passport and phone on the bus and it took to the fourth staff member who was reluctant to help, but did anyway. and when asked why no one would help she was told that is what they are told to do that they can not use hotel phones. Are you not on the hospitality industry??? The maintenance of the property looks like they have Zero attention to detail and or again by my take management does not care and profits over pride in your property. I could go on but running out of characters to share more Save your $$$, choose elsew

From check-in to check-out, I was thoroughly impressed. I've been to Fountain Blue many times, and I will continue to come back.
