Péssima experiência e atendimento abaixo do padrão

Tive problemas com a Lavanderia, cobraram um valor absurdo pelo serviço e ainda esqueceram do prazo, deixei as peças na segunda as 20hrs e me foi informado que seriam entregues na terça ate as 08hrs, avisei que podiam entregar mais tarde pois precisaria apenas para a noite, cheguei no hotel as 19hrs e me informaram que haviam esquecido de enviar as roupas para lavanderia e que me entregariam nas próximas horas. Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, e detalhe que me cobraram estacionamento mas meu carro amanheceu na rua, péssima experiência.
