Terrível. Funcionários de má vontade e cara fechada. No check in ninguém para ajudar com absolutamente nada. Carregado mala, bolsa, casaco e o cachorro, deixei cair um documento e o funcionário ficou olhando eu me contorcer para juntar. Não tem estacionamento coberto, o carro fica no patio do hotel, com a cancela do estacionamento aberta e não tem vigilante. Outro ponto importante: fazia 5 graus e o ar condicionado do quarto só tinha modo frio. Depois de muita insistência, me trocaram para outro quarto que aquecia. Já pensou que estivesse lotado? Frigobar do quarto vazio, se quiser algo você tem que descer até a recepção para pegar. Quarto com poeira embaixo da cama e manchas nos lençois e toalhas de banho. Não oferecem amenidades, touca de banho, etc. cobram taxa pet e não oferecem nada para o per também como pote de agua, por exemplo. Se você não gosta de pagar para ser mal tratado, fuja deste hotel!!! Nem pra quebra galho serve.
