Vacations Close To Chute Jean-Larose

Rooms + bathroom were very tiny like shuffle around with your partner and really only room for one suitcase on the ground. Housekeeping were friendly. We had maintenance show up randomly and there was a communication barrier but were told he would come back in an hour to check something so we rushed to get ready and out of the room. Our first room did not have the secondary security lock so we asked to be moved to one with one and front desk staff did accommodate us.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Birks Montreal. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Montreal’s best shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large, modern, and well-appointed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

My room was dirty

The location is great. Close to Bell Center and lots of nice stores. Room could use some updating. Front desk staff were nice. Parking was easy. Would stay again.

Definitely a unique place to stay. Hotel property was beautiful. Room was beautiful and more than I needed. The staff was soooo nice and helpful and you cannot be the location.

The staff were very kind, polite and pleasant throughout our stay. We had a problem when we checked-in . Our room was not ready even though we arrived after 4pm . We were told it would be 30mins . We left and came back 45 mins later and the room was still not ready. We waited for another 15 mins , were advised room was ready , when we went up to the room , house keeping was still making up the room . After some back and worth, we were given a new room. The room was worn and dated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The location is amazing, and underground parking was great and easily accessible.

Excellent location for discovering Montreal on foot or via Metro system. Top floor ‘boardwalk’ offered an excellent venue to relax and enjoy views of the city at night. Bring a glass of wine and lean back to enjoy the lights and sounds of the city. Room was more like an efficiency apartment with well appointed kitchen area, dining table, full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed and nice feeling of space. Walk to the underground, just across Phillip Square for food, shopping and transit. Overall this hotel is a ‘keeper’
