Beautiful property located in a great part of the city next to the medina. As soon as you drive in and walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with a warm welcome and friendly. The lobby, and restaurant are beautiful and great. The pool has great ambience and all though you are in the heart of the city, you feel like you’re in your own world. Room a very comfortable and all though the view was not great it still managed to live up to the expectation. I would definitely recommend this property, all in all it was a wonderful choice

Very nice hotel. Lovely interior. Rooms are good - business type hotel. Pool is lovely but for some reason is very deep all over the pool. You can’t stand anywhere except the steps to get in. Food is good and reasonably priced. Only slight qualm is that some of the staff should learn better English! Apart from that, very nice hotel, great location, classy interiors and lovely pool area.

Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a great place to stay in Morocco. Very clean, great amenities, on-site restaurants, including a Moroccan restaurant with live Moroccan music. Also, hotel has an excellent spa and very professional staff. Special recognition to housekeeper Najat who was very attentive and Omar in the dining bar area for doing an amazing job!!! Highly recommended hotel.

Beautiful rooms, excellent and clean offers a good nights sleep. Great breakfast too! I liked this hotel and its ambience a lot. Only negative is the taxirate hotel offers for airport transfer,was very expensive, I would recommend to take an official blue taxi instead.

The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!
