I was supposed to be in a double/king room but had 3 single beds spaced out cluttering the room & no room for my suitcase to open. They wouldn't change my room until the next day. Only the bellman was helpful, removing one bed so I could fit my suitcase in. Housekeeping barged in without knocking when I was in bed the next morning. I told reception who said they would talk to housekeeping & my new room would be ready at 11am to move me. Then despite a do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked on my door at 10.30am when I was in the shower to deliver extra toilet rolls?! Reception obviously did not inform them to leave my room alone, or cynically made them disturb me in spite of my complaint. I gave them an extra hour, going down for the new key at 12pm to be told the new room was still not ready & I would be phoned when I could move. All service has been terrible & I feel deliberately treating me poorly due to my requesting a new room. I would never stay here again.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent customer service! We had a free upgrade to the room with excellent view and other amenities. Free Breakfast with variety of food which very rare nowadays. Convenient location, close proximity to Medina, park, government buildings, etc. located in the center of city. Has modern/contemporary interior design, very well maintained hotel.

Poor service, not clean, not recommended

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first room given to us had issues with both window and door, as both could not be locked. The front desk changed a room for us, which was fine in terms of the hardwares. We asked for some tea bags and teaspoons as there was only one left at the bar, no one sent us until the next day evening we asked again, and we only got one teaspoon for us to share 😅 We packed food as my husband wasn’t feeling well, when the food was cold, i went to the restaurant at 1st floor and sought help with the staff there. When I could not even finish telling him my request, he had already replied me at least 5 “No”, which was very rude. The towels in the bathroom were all so dirty and already turned yellowish in colour, the bathroom without a window has no mechanical ventilation either, and something was seemed wrong with their kitchen ventilation system, where we stayed at 2nd floor, every early morning, the food smell came in from the room door and the entire corridor outside our room was the food smell. Given a choice, please consider a better hotel.

This is so far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, the hotel service is absolutely terrible. No smile, no greeting, false promises and terrible attitude towards guest. Though the facility looks quite nice, it’s not recommended at all to stay here. Check-in: it’s a prepaid and confirmed booking, but when I checked in, hotel told me there was not sufficient fund to charge. Hotel is supposed to charge from Expedia, not from guest, I told hotel they should check with Expedia about the payment. hotel refused to do anything from their side to check, but just rudely asked me or more accurately, demanded me to talk with Expedia. After 1 hr waiting, hotel kind of figured out about the payment, but they did not proactively call me in the room until I asked them. No apologies and not any comforting language after the whole drama. When we checked in, we asked the hotel to order taxi to the airport next morning, the receptionist noted down the details and said it will cost 400 MAD, payment directly to driver. We agreed. The next morning, we reminded the front desk, they again said no problem. When it’s time of leaving, no taxi, and it was a different manager sitting there. When asked, it was as if it was his first time to hear this request. He did not get any taxi, again no apologies at all. In the end, we got a taxi at 250 MAD. This is not an ideal area for tourists, we felt a bit unsafe. It will be better to stay at the west coast side from my personal opinion.

Bonjour, il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la chambre ni le soir à mon arrivée ni le lendemain matin pour la douche. J'ai dû quitter l'hôtel le matin pour prendre une chambre dans un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir me préparer correctement pour une réunion d'affaire le dimanche après-midi. J'ai écrit à BW réclamation pour demander un remboursement de ces deux nuits car c'est inacceptable qu'un hôtel de standing ne mette pas tout en oeuvre pour assurer la qualité de la prestation. Ce qui m'a le plus énervé au delà de l'absence d'eau c'est que lors de mon check in la réceptioniste ne m'a même pas prévenu, et que le lendemain matin quand j'ai appelé de ma chambre pour savoir quand reviendrait l'eau, la réceptionniste m'a répondu que l'eau fonctionnait à la réception ce qui ne m'aidait guère. Bref, cette expérience BW Casablanca ne me laissera le meilleur souvenir. Cordialement, Frédéric Isel

Très belle découverte pour un rapport qualité prix très intéressant. L hôtel est bien placé et le personnel adorable. Tout a été refait récemment. Les chambres sont très agréables pour un séjour business. Peu de services associés mais on trouve ce qu il faut dans le secteur. Le petit bar à côté est très agréable pour boire un verre le soir
