After checking in from long day a travel we didn’t throughly inspect the room. We got changed and utilized the pool to relax in the sun while the sun was out. After pool we went to the restaurant to have supper and spent some time there as we weren’t in a rush to get back to the room. Once we got back to the room my family and I needed to shower before going to bed as we had to be up very early the next day to catch a flight. Once we got the shower going we noticed there was blood stain on the wall in the shower. I took a photo and showed front desk to show them that the room wasn’t very clean.

Sky casa had many perks- the shuttle was on time and effective. The check in process was great, some staff in the restaurant was very helpful and nice, and the location was clean- so were the rooms. Some cons: the AC did not work to our liking and the staff in the restaurant the second day/ for breakfast were not very friendly and the constant staring made my children uncomfortable. Besides that we did appreciate those that went out of our way to smile and make us feel welcomed.
