We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. The biggest issue for us was the location. It was based on a main road and we found it incredibly noisy. We could hear car horns during the whole day & night from the room. Casa is super busy, heavy on cars and loud, so we would recommend a quieter area to stay. The hotel and room itself is good value for money, if however you do not like noisy environments I would recommend a different place.

Exceptional Hotel

The stay was great! I stayed in the junior suite. The cleaniness of the room was exceptional, it comes wirh an expresso machine if you're an avid coffee drinker as myself. The suite is fitted with two ac's, one in the bedroom and the other in the adjacent room. In addition, there's the standard, closet, safe, minifridge etc. At 7am they have breakfast which is in the nice dining area downstairs towards the back passing the concierge. Also the location is convenient. There is a plethora of taxis across the street for transportation. There also is a grocery store within a 15 minute walk. Everything you need is very close. The gentleman with the glasses in the front, I do not remember his name, however he was extremely hospitable and addressed any concern that I had. I've enjoyed my stay here through and through.
