Clean room AC working did not clean my room the next day.

Honestly it was the best hotel I have stayed in about 9 years, close to everything in (downtown) Charlotte! Walking distance from both bojangles coliseum and Bank of America stadium!

I was told that the hotel offered shuttle service to and from the hotel on the hour. I called from the airport at 11:40am and was told the wait time was 1.5 hours. I had ordered a room with 2 queen beds. when I arrived the only room available was a handicap room with 1 king bed and a fold out couch. Also, one of the tvs didn't work and there was no hot water. The receptionist tried to fix the tv but was unable to do so. The next day I was moved to another room that matched what I had reserved.

Booked a room for 2 nights. The wife and I was celebrating our 26 year wedding anniversary. We had paid reservations at a jazz bar and other plans. We live in Morganton, 80 miles from the location. I was met with a very rude and unprofessional customer service person. He rudely kept cutting me off. Explained that locals was not allowed there. My license showed Morganton, several times he told me I lived in Charlotte which I didn't and never have. The Website says 30 miles to the location. I was 80 miles away not local. Than the rude tattooed guy tell me NC and SC residents are considered local. Another person was trying to check in that had paid online for their booking. The person had NC ID and was met with the same rudeness. We had to find a hotel at the last second and missed the show that was paid for. IF YOU ARE FROM NC OR SC BE CAREFUL IF YOU BOOK FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT ALLOW NC OR SC RESIDENTS 😒
