AC works well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The chair for the desk is trash and falling apart. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. And the entry door has no safety or security locks.

Room was not cleaned and smelled like pets used it for a place to poop and pee!! Counters had cigarette ashes and the worst part the a/c did not work. The staff member was very passive and spoke with no concern or anything!! His fix was, I can give you a refund. I would not recommend this place to no one!!! The whole property was dirty and nothing worked at all! Microwave didn’t work mini fridge didn’t work

Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!!

The property is dark and very dirty. It appears to be a hotel where most of the people are living there. They have chairs outside the doors with cigarette butts. It's dirty trashy and I would never stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was nice. The TV didn't have very many channels unless you used her own accounts to open apps. There was no coffee machine or coffee. The towels were clean but they had old stains on them. There was a refrigerator in the room but someone had left food in it and it hadn't been cleaned out. This property was not up to the standards of what I believe hotel.com expects

Bed sheets stained. Old torn desk chair. No phone. Writing on light switch. Broken bath faucet. No remote, tv was on n stayed on. No ac. I can’t believe this is on Expedia website. Slept about 3 hours only because we couldn’t drive anymore n too tired to get another hotel. I never complain, but this was unbelievably a bad experience!!! I need a refund on this poor old hotel.
