Staycation away feom the city

It was a great stay overall. Room a bit dated carpet and drapes very old but in good condition. Bed comfortable and riom spacious and quiet setting. Perfect staycation

Great get away golf trip!!!

The restaurant serves a world-class breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The course is beautifully designed with palm trees and mountains in the background.

The sink water didnt go down for approximately 30 mins after using sink to brush teeth or wash hands. Shower water pressure was beyond lacking. Stains on carpet. The Staff was courteous though.

The bar and restaurant are very nice. Food and drinks are excellent. All the employees that we have had interaction with were very pleasant and helpful. Golfing was fun, but the course needs a little work. The rooms are a bit tired, but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Restaurant was good and convenient. Hotel staff was great. What I didn’t like is that it took too long to get hot water up to the seventh floor and dishes from room service laid outside a door for at least three days, before they were taken away!!

It was farther out of town than anticipated when I reviewed it on the map. It’s an older property that’s been well loved and could really use a re-fresh however the view’s from the balcony make it a nice little oasis in the desert.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were very clean. My only complaint is the air conditioning did not work and it was difficult to sleep. I was told the air-conditioning is turned off during the winter months. This would’ve been acceptable, except the doors cannot be left open at night due to lack of screens. Otherwise, a very great place to stay.

This property is very very dated. Not well kept. There were bird droppings all over, that were finally swept up when we were leaving. Additionally the toilet was not working in our upgraded room and the water was shut off in the hotel. There is also no heat in the building. On a up note the staff was friendly especially in the restaurant.

This is a really cool old hotel. We like staying at places with a little history when we can and this one has plenty. I think it's been updated just enough to modernize some comforts but leave the 1960s feel. My husband had a hard time with the outdoor hallways from the elevator to the rooms because he's afraid of heights and we were on the 7th floor but unless you have a genuine phobia, it's actually a lovely view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice, the pool was fun. We don't golf but the course looked well cared for from our balcony where me and our toddler enjoyed watching the golfers together. There's not a lot to do in Casa Grande, but the people are friendly and the neon light park is cool. We were there to bring our daughter to Rooster Cogburn's Ostrich Ranch about 35 mins south of the hotel. That is not to be missed. You'll have a blast even if you don't have kids!

Best price in town

The staff at front desk were great and very friendly. I lost money in vending machine trying to get water and they refunded it easily enough. Bought a bottled water at the golf shop. The room phone did not work for reaching lobby. (After plugging in the receiver). Had to call front desk from my cell phone. Beds were comfortable, however, we could hear every noise outside from doors sliding open, early risers talking outside our door and birds chirping. No sleeping in on this trip. Also, no outlets by nightstand to charge phones.

Stay was medium neither fantastic or terrible. Just average. There were not enough outlets in the room, beds were hard, the thermostat did not adjust, it just blew cold air and would no heat. Room service staff was great but the QR code in the book didn’t work so the staff had to read the menu over the phone. Had to order room service delivery for my coffee since the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Like I stated before it was just average except for the staff. Every single employee we encountered was wonderful!!! It was a pleasure to meet them.

We loved our stay at the Francisco! It is such a nice retreat from the city. The rooms and bathrooms are big and the beds are comfortable! The restaurant on the grounds has great food. The grounds are lovely for evening & morning walks and sunrise & sunset watching. The history was fun to learn about. 5 star stay!! All of the employees and staff were friendly and efficient.
