Vacations Close To Casa del Árbol

I loved

The experience was great. We were greeted each time when we left and when we came back. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the space was clean. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful unit to stay in.

Our first night there 7/19 we were referred by our jet blue representative as our flight was canceled. We get there at 1:30 am. We’re exhausted and the gentleman at the desk was very rude! He had no empathy to our situation but we needed the room. The elevator is super small, maybe fits 4 ppl, it was wet and gross. The room was small. The bathroom vanity was outside the bathroom, We didn’t have a microwave and The room cleanliness was poor. The only thing that was good in this hotel was the pool and the restaurant downstairs. The next day, the cleaning lady was very very polite and offered us clean towels and extra toiletries. We did notice her bucket water was black and her mop was very dirty, which would explain the mildew smell in the rooms. Overall, we stayed bc we were already there and how close it was to the airport. Otherwise, this hotel is trash

Lots of confusion on the part of the staff as to who created the key cards and how to do it. THE POOL HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR YEARS, but it sure is all over the pictures online.

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. The air conditioner in the first room had an issue and had to move us. The second room AC couldn’t get below 70-72 degrees.

Great value, cool AC, clean room, bed could use improvement but satisfactory for a short stay.
