Great place to stay, close to the cable-cars, staff was nice, price was reasonable for the location,

For the price we paid, we honestly expected more from this hotel. There were a few things that let the stay down. Our room had a fridge, but it wasn’t plugged in and there wasn’t a suitable power socket behind it. We also had daily housekeeping, but the glasses we used were never replaced. On one occasion, we found a dirty pillowcase left on the floor, which we assume had been missed when the bedding was changed. We were also surprised there was no coffee machine in the room. The hotel does provide coffee for a couple of hours in the morning, but having coffee available in the room would have been a much better basic amenity, particularly for the price. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

Very nice, roomy, and relaxing room compared to the "other known chains hotels" down the street. Very convenient area, nice neighborhood, food places near by. Staff super helpful and friendly. Definitely a plus to have a kitchenette. For the cost, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Overall very happy with my stay here

Highly recommend not paying for valet parking. They charged us an additional $10/day for a midsize SUV. There’s lots of parking options that are much cheaper. Will not do this again.
