the hotel was beautiful. the staff were very polite and on point. the rooftop resteraunt service was horrible, food was limited and the service was just slow which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

I visited Puerto Rico quite often. This is the first time I had to stay in a resort type of hotel. Overall, I enjoyed everything it was clean. The staff were great. There were no complaints other than having more authentic Puerto Rican restaurants or menu options. I only ate lunch and dinner at Nectar because it was the only one that offered some Puerto Rican dishes as menu options. I will definitely come back!!

Beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our stay. Traveled with a 4 yo daughter. She absolutely loved it. Food was delicious. Property well maintained. The only thing is that the beach has some broken glass on (which has nothing to do with the hotel because beaches are public). Highly recommend taking water shoes
