Nice and clean, we ride side by sides at Royal Blue and it is the perfect location. We can ride from hotel to trails. Everyone on the staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good.

Nice room, but lacks service.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows and good parking. Service was spotty. Our room was never serviced, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels every day. One or both of the room keys did not work every day. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, another trip downstairs.

Although the parking lot had some dirty areas from off-road recreation vehicles, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was very well pleased with the King Suite w/ Sofa Bed, as the room was large and spotlessly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room coffee was of high quality. I will stay there again.

Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway, but I would stay there definitely again highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the owner and their staff.

OK Stay

We came to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The staff was great. The room was old and needed to be updated but it was clean. It smelled musty. They had a work out room with a treadmill and elliptical, balls and weights. There was one washer and dryer. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare of eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles.

Third party reservation service stated they had a pool. They do. But it has been out of service for QUITE a while. Main reason i picked it ver other was pool. Beds were super comfy though. Good water pressure. Staff was very nice.

So So hotel, horrible breakfast... loud motors

Hotel was very old, fairly clean, however.. it is on an off road vehicle trail head and most of the occupants were there for that.. loud side by side motors running and racing in parking lot early in the morning and late at night.. Hotel never mentioned this in booking... breakfast was HORRIBLE...The rate I paid for this hotel was RIDICULOUS

Expedia told me my room would be a total of $148.00 I ended up paying $159.00 for one night, when we checked in at 5:00 pm the room had not been cleaned; the bed wasn’t made and dirty wash cloths and towels were all over the floor, they gave us another room; I will not be using Expedia any longer, they lied about the room price!
