The property is beautiful overall with gorgeous views and friendly staff! There is construction that ruins the views right now. We booked a deluxe ocean view room and the construction was right in front of us so that was a bit disappointing. But overall things were lovely! The breakfast room is quite hard to get an outside table (which have the nice views!) And if you want to use the sauna you need to pre book.

The resort has an amazing view, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of food items. The hotel felt very clean and had a few restaurants onsite to chose from. I recommend booking a room with sea view to really enjoy this resort, otherwise the experience is not the same. The kids club on site was great and Ms. Sayury was very creative, welcoming and sweet with our boys ages 2 and 5. There’s a large green area with a playground that our kids really enjoyed. The resort is also a 10 min walk to town and there are numerous beaches and caves nearby to visit. The spa was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend Tivoli for families.

The check in was straight forward, lovely complimentary room upgrade to sea view & bubbly in room. This was for our wedding anniversary we spent at the hotel for stay. The staff went beyond to help us and make our stay memorable. Only downside was buffet breakfast no vegetarian sausage or rasher for vegan. So make be next time they can add that to the breakfest buffet menu.
