Our room, main floors, and the workout room are all very dirty. The carpets are covered in stains, the workout equipment has not been cleaned and is very dirty. The room we had needed deep cleaned. The pictures online look much nicer than it is in person. We were okay with our stay as it was only one night. It definitely was not as expected. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, the staff were kind and the other guests were friendly. We loved meeting others and their pets. It was also a very easy check in and check out process. Parking is good and wifi works well.
